Hello together , somebody know if I can make a tourist visa for Germans in Koh Samui ? So now I got already my second stamp without visa . Cheers Daniel

Answer summary

Germans cannot obtain a tourist visa while in Koh Samui or anywhere else in Thailand; tourist visas must be obtained from a Thai consulate located outside of Thailand. Entering Thailand without a visa is allowed without limit when entering by air for a certain period, but frequent entries may prompt immigration officials to recommend obtaining a visa.

Robert Lagas answered...

You can not make a tourist visa in Thailand. You can buy a tourist visa at a Thai Consulate. If you enter Thailand without a visa there is no limit if you enter by air, but after a few times Immigration Officers start asking questions and advice you to get a visa for the purpose of your visits.

Tourist visas can not be obtained inside Thailand. Must go to a Thai Consulate outside of Thailand.
