Hello guys.

Does anyone know how many followers (non-o visa) can be added to a non-immigrant B visa? As like a husband and a child.

Is that even possible?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The discussion revolves around how many followers (husband and child) can be added under a Non-Immigrant B visa in Thailand, specifically concerning the acquisition of Non-O visas/extensions for eligible family members. Participants suggest contacting local immigration offices for specific requirements, as processes may differ by province. It is also noted that children under 15 may not face fines for overstays, and spouses can obtain extensions based on dependent status.

I have nonB, husband and daughter both have dependent nonO. We're in Samut Prakan though, so I would follow

advice and visit your local office since each province interprets things differently.

Do you have a Non-B, and do they have Non-Os, OR do they have extension of stays? A visa and an extension of stay are completely different.

they both arrived on nonO dependent visas. We processed our extension of stay at SP immigration, so now they are both on extension of stay based on their dependent status.

If you're currently inside Thailand, in Krabi, my advice would be to go to your local immigration office and ask them.

If your child is under 15 years old, there is *NO* fine or punishment for them being on overstay (even though they should legally have a valid extension of stay), and the immigration office may simply tell you to let them go on overstay.

For your husband, he should be able to get an extension of stay as a trailing spouse.

Are you currently inside Thailand or outside?

Who has the Non B visa?

If duly employed and with Thai work permit...

The cooperation of the Non B employer and Thai immigration is needed to have the eligible family members issued Non O visas/extensions.

Contact your local immigration office for their requirements to do it.
