Hi,

I'm in Thailand with a 60-day visa right now. I have found that I am well suited to the requirements of DTV. Can I apply for a DTV visa in-country?

You might have problem if they found you were in Thailand when the visa was approved.

Its clearly written Embassy cannot issue visas to applicant who reside in Thailand

I believe I've seen confirmed DTV from Penang and from Vietnam but I can't quite remember. It's still VERY early in the DTV
