My partner and I are not married but in a domestic partenrship (in some countries its called common law or civil union)
Will the same rull apply here as on married couples? Meaning in case I get the visa, will it my partner automatically get it as well?
In additon, do you know what documents are required to be presented for a civil union couple?
Thank you all!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The DTV visa in Thailand typically requires an official marriage, as the country does not recognize domestic partnerships or civil unions. For a domestic partnership to be considered in visa applications, legal proof would need to be provided, but such proof is often not available, making marriage the more viable option.
You need to show any legal proof of relations, if your country issue it and embassy will accept it, then you can. But in most cases you will not be able to show any proof, so best way is register marriage ๐
