Do Laos handle Thai NON-B visa (90days) for CHINESE citizen when all the documents are prepared?

When I was in Vientiane in May there was a Chinese national applying for a new B visa. The embassy denied her application and told her she had to go to China to get one. She was given a visa-exempt entry at the border and was next going to prepare to fly to China.

, They are an admin on this group, they also run a visa run service to Vientiane from Bangkok and go there twice a week.

They usually know what can and can't be done up there because they're there so much.

You can call the thai consulate in Vientiane and ask if you want to. They speak english; +856 21 214 582

They did for a while accept applications for chinese BUT I think they stopped letting chinese get ANY thai visa from Vientiane or Savannakhet now.

China is on the list of countries that can't get visas in Lao for thailand
