Can an unmarried partner apply for METV sponsorship in Thailand?

Metv is just a 6 month multiple entry visa. Anyone can get it, don't need sponsor, just each apply

You only have to show 20k THB for METV. Just did it, and approved, showed 30k only in one account

Depending on where you're applying I think the METV funding requirement is only 70,000 baht for basically a 9-month visa.

There isn't a sponsorship option for the METV. You each need to apply and qualify independently

Sounds like you are both not Thai. METV is just a tourist visa so you would each need your own visa.
