I have family from UK here with 30 days on arrival at BKK. Is it possible to get an extension on this at the immigration office? I would like to extend for another 30 days is this something which is possible?
Thanks in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is possible to extend a 30-day visa on arrival at a local immigration office in Thailand. The process typically costs 1,900 THB and requires a copy of the passport data page, entry stamp, and departure card. It is advised to submit the extension request up to three days before the original visa expires, as the additional 30 days granted will be added to your stay.
thank you for your help sir. We are staying in koh samui
