Hi! I have a question, for a relative, about yellow fever certificate.
If someone over 70 years old cannot be vaccinated against yellow fever due to it is a risk for his health, so he is exempt to do it, and have a certificate of it, Can this person enter as a tourist to Thailand? Does he need to show any extra document or travel with any kind of special medical insurance or something similar?
Thank you very much in advance. Have a nice day.
TLDR : Answer Summary
A relative who is over 70 years old and cannot be vaccinated against yellow fever due to health risks may enter Thailand as a tourist if they have a certificate of exemption. It's advisable to check for any additional documentation required and consider obtaining special medical insurance, although specific requirements might vary. For more detailed information, consult official travel guidelines or health resources.
