Greetings to whom it may concern, 

I would like enquire whether it's possible to get a non b or a tourist visa from the royal Thai embassy in Kuala Lumpur to enter Thailand. I am a Namibian citizen. I previously thought that the only way to get a visa was to go back to my country but Ive recently been told otherwise. Can anyone provide any relevant information regarding my query?
