Hello everyone,could someone please tell me can South Africans get a Non B visa in loas or cambodia?

Because I’ve heard it’s impossible to do so,south Africans must go back to South Africa to apply there..just want to know if this is true because I already know in malaysia you can not apply there

IF you have a S/A passport and came here on a visa that you got from the thai consulate in Pretoria before you came here you need to look at that visa and see if there is any writing in thai on it.

Many people who got visas from there before they came here had writing that says you must go back to that consulate to get a new visa.

IF you have that writing you can't use any consulate in the area

You can apply in Laos. Out of reports on this page it is possible at Kota Bharu Thai Consulate in Malaysia.
