TLDR : Answer Summary
A Myanmar passport holder can apply for a one-time extension of 30 days on a 60-day tourist visa. If considering COVID-19 related extensions, these may allow for additional applications, but must be submitted before the deadline of July 29th.

If you mean a single entry tourist visa which you purchased before flew into Thailand and you were stamped for 60days, you can apply for 30days extension tourism purpose once.

If you mean you entered without a visa by air, you cannot apply for a tourism extension.

One time for 30 days is allowed for the 60 day tourist visa. IF the COVID 60 day extensions are still available, then you can apply for it...more than one time. NOW...the last day for application for a COVID extension is July 29th.
