we are a family in applying for Guardianship visas for adults & Ed visas for children.
We have received so much confusing information & the visa agent we chose is not working out - although they have come recommended a number of times.
((The person we are in communication with doesn’t provide direct answers to questions, overlooks questions & seems to not understand English very well… feeling frustrated!))
Can we do it ourselves? Anyone with experience with this type of visa?
Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
A family is seeking guidance on applying for Guardianship visas for adults and Education visas for children in Thailand. They express frustration with their visa agent, who does not provide clear answers. The conversation includes advice that starting the process with the school is crucial, as they supply necessary documentation for the Education visa. It is suggested that an experienced agency may be essential given the complexity of the process, particularly for obtaining the Education visa, which cannot be done without school paperwork.
No you can't do the ED visas yourselves, you need paperwork from the school to apply for that. The guardian visas should be straightforward once the ED visas are issued.
