What can I expect at immigration when arriving at Bangkok airport in Economy class?
Hey guys, I’ll arrive Friday around 3pm in BKK airport. As travelling in Economy I won’t have access to the fast track immigration and I’m a little worried about the arrival situation.
Any recent experiences?
How much would be the cheapest fast track immigration? (Just some agency who picks up at the gate and brings me to the fast lane)

Queue 10 min max, arrived this Monday. All these posts about how overcrowded immigration is are not true (or maybe an exception I have never encountered) - just another way for people to get scared and buy fast track.

Just came in through BKK on January 4th. Waited in the normal line for about 10 minutes, presented my DTV and passport and was stamped in without questions a few minutes later. Waited for checked luggage for about 10 minutes. Very easy and efficient!

The queues I looked at weren't moving an inch right past midnight. I was in biz so the immigration was 5 minutes.

You can buy the fast track even u got a ticket with Ryanair 😉😆😜 just Google fast track service+ the name of the airport and you can choose all the different options. It's not cheap but some people's time is worth more than their fees so that's your call

still had to queue around 25 min in fast track last time. Thought normal queue is like 2 hours according to the pictures of the last days…Jane ***********

yeah I’ve had that experience too. It really depends when your flight lands (both month and time of day). After 12 hours in the air I’m always grateful for fast track though 🙏

ah now I got it. I was confused because I saw bkk being used in chats as bangkok often.It took me about 20 minutes for immigration and the luggage was already processed. So it wentvfaster than I expected. I arrived about a week ago.

What's your fear about? Your travel history or the high season?
If it's the high season then don't worry, 30 mins Max and you'll be out. Immigration has all desks up and running these days.

You'll be fine! I just got in 4-5 days back through Suvarnabhumi and 30 mins is all it took. Which as per me is pretty good for high season.Activity
