TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the feasibility of obtaining a re-entry stamp during a 2.40-minute layover at Bangkok Airport while holding a single-entry Non-B visa. The responses indicate that while it's theoretically possible, the limited time may pose challenges due to the length of queues at passport control and the location of the re-entry permit counter.

In principle yes. It usually takes about 20 mins to do re-entry at Suvarnabhumi (and often enough just queuing at passport control takes longer than that) Though note the above about the mechanics of your connection

If your flights are connecting at Bangkok and less then 4 hours you would be an international passenger from departure airport with CIQ sticker. you will clear passport control at the airport of origin, you are theoretically out of Thailand need re-entry permit at this time point - at/before you get out of the country.

If your flights are not connected or departure airport is only domestic, you can check in separately, you take domestic flight to Bangkok and check-in for international flight at Bangkok then you can go to re-entry permit counter at Bangkok airport.

I guess so. I would take a trip to immigration office than taking a small chance to be able to get re-entry permit at BKK...

if you have "connected" flight through to Europe, you would clear passport control at Samui Airport.

i fly fron Koh Samui to Bangkok and then to Europe. So is it correct i could do the re- entry easy in that case?

Im so confused🙈

Maybe, then again maybe not. The re-entry permit counter is behind the security screening in Departure #2.. I don't know if you can access it when laying over for another flight or not..
