Hi, does anyone know if the embassies are issuing METV again, with borders opening up?

I have trips to India, Singapore and Vietnam planned over the next few months, and don't want to burn up a single entry every time I step on a plane. 

I would be applying while in the states.

Yes some have been issuing them again there was a post about someone applying in UK the other day. Best to check local embassy website or e visa website if applicable for US
