As of July 2021, you can submit your 90-day report online or through the mobile app, but if you encounter any errors, you will need to visit the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office instead. The Changwattana office has not been used for this reporting since July 2020.

People haven't used Chaengwattana for 90 day reporting in Bangkok since July 13th of 2020 <- that's over a YEAR ago. :O

You can try the online system or the mobile app but if you get the error prompt you slog on out and file a 90 day report at the Muang Thong Thani Immigration office. :/
