I am on a 60 day extension based on marriage, permitted to stay until 24th May. I don’t currently have the 400k to extend. Am I covered with the amnesty?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently on a 60-day extension based on marriage and is unsure if they will be covered by the new amnesty program due to a lack of funds to extend their visa further. Responses indicate that currently, they are not covered, but they will be once the new amnesty is implemented.

I'm also on 60 day extension based on marriage ending mid May. My 12 month visa based on marriage finished March. Am I covered when new amnesty kicks in please.

at this time NO, <- but that's because that new amnesty hasn't made it into law yet.

Once it does you will be covered on the new amnesty program
