Hey all. Some advice please. We are due to renew our OA visas soon but our landlord has been the absolute worst ever (he’s a foreigner, not Thai). Having been a landlord before, I just have never experienced anything like this.

We are having a dispute over things so we fear he will not give us the residential form (I think it’s a TM6 or something like that) that we need to renew our visas. Is there another way around this? It’s not an option to move at this moment. I would be so grateful for any help. Hoping 2022 will be much better than 2021. 🌸
