Hi all, I must renew my 1 year Marriage Visa (Thai spouse) for the second time on Dec 1st, but at this time I just moved from Bangkok to Phuket.

My main concern is that my long term 400k bank deposit is at Citibank Bangkok and I´ve been checking there is no Citibank branches here in Phuket.

In CW I had some issues if I didn´t bring the bank statement -Citibank doesn´t issue bank book- in the same day, but here in Phuket, I am afraid a same day statement is not viable.

- Any recommendations about how to proceed?

Anyone here run a UK bank account linked to an Expat account. Sadly I'm with HSBC and their advice (such that it has been) was shocking. Called in at HSBC Bangkok as advised only to be told they don't do private/expat banking anymore 🤷‍♂️
