Got a SECOND bank account today, at Kasikorn Bank in Hua Hin, with online access. Having a Thailand marriage certificate helped, too. :)

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user successfully opened a second bank account at Kasikorn Bank in Hua Hin, aided by having a Thailand marriage certificate, which presumably facilitated the process. Additional comments highlight the convenience of online banking services provided by the bank.

I found some salted caramel biscuits in Marks & Spencer at lunch today. Much better than opening another bank account.

Darren Grist. They are THE best! Well, second best. Nothing beats McVitie's dark chocolate digestives.

I don't agree but I am more than happy to buy some of the McVitie's dark chocolate digestives to confirm my view has not changed. I shall report back later!

. Also about every 3-4 weeks at Tops they have them either reduced price and occasionally a 2 for 1 offer, so it suits my stingy outlook on life! ๐Ÿคฃ

I noticed Tops had quite a lot of offers on western food this week, in particular the Waitrose stuff. Might have to pop over there today and stock up on some items. Bet they don't have beer offers though ๐Ÿคฃ

Darren Grist. I have noticed there's little point in shopping around for beer. The prices whether you shop at the local village store in Isaan, or in Big C are anally identical. Wine is the same. We need a Dan Murphy's here!

I've given up on wine here, very average stuff for hideously expensive prices. Agreed on the beers too actually, I can't remember seeing any decent offers in the supermarkets and the craft beers can be eye-wateringly expensive :( thankfully our Beer Laos guy hasn't been caught or got Covid yet

Darren Grist. My late mother worked for many years at McVitie's factory in Park Royal London, so I'm a tad biased as there's a family connection ๐Ÿคฃ
