Going to travel from India to Thailand with my Thai national minor son. His mother is also Thai national and staying there in Thailand. My request is that do I need any document/consent from my minor son's mother to travel ? If so then what is name of that document/consent ? if anyone has available photo for that document, I request to share. or is it sufficient that if my son's mother send her consent on simple paper with her signature on it ?

Hi all, I have a Non "O" visa multiple entry. I obtained this being married to a thai national.

We both have a 2 year old child together (my name on birth certificate).

I wish to divorce my thai wife now here is the question.

I know that if there was no child involved my Non O visa would be cancelled the minute I sign the divorce papers.

However we do have a child and I can obtain a Non O visa as a parent of a thai child, so would my my visa be cancelled or just continue as normal?

Hey there! I was wondering if it's possible to extend my NON-IMM-O (marriage) Visa as a guardian visa (my daughter isThai) through the immigration office here. Or do I need to leave the country? I am about to get a divorce and my Visa extension is coming up. Thanks for your advice!
