How do I apply for an extension of stay in Thailand based on parental custody of a half-Thai child?
Can somebody direct me to the step-by-step process for this? I want to apply for extension of stay based on parental custody of a half-Thai child born out of marriage. Location is Chiang Mai (Hang Dong). And I am not married to the mother. The child is 6 years old (7 in May 2020). What visa do I need to apply for and where? What are the requirements for that visa? And what are the steps and requirements for the extension?
