Hi, I have 4 year membership at a Muay Thai gym and have applied for the DTV visa with that. But I don’t think the gym is registered with sport authority of Thailand. Has anyone actually been rejected as I haven’t seen that yet?

I’m from Germany and actually staying in Thailand till 17 Dez. Then I fly to Bali for 7 Days and return to Thailand. In this time I want to apply for the DTV with a Muay Thai course. Is it possible in this time return to Thailand and get the DTV Visa? Or can I come back to Thailand on the 24 Dez, get Visa on arrival and get the DTV E-Visa when I am already there? Will Ho Chi Minh embassy accept 6 months bank statements without 500k baht throughout? or must it be 500k for the entire 6 months? What about Hanoi? I know I can email them but its the weekend they wont reply and its quite urgent.
