TLDR : Answer Summary
The user moved to Thailand on a 60-day tourist visa and is exploring their options for longer-term residency and purchasing property. They received various suggestions, including applying for an ED visa, considering the Thai Elite visa which they find expensive, and seeking recommendations for schools in areas like Phuket, Hua Hin, and Chiang Mai.

Thank you all for the answers, we are 30 and 32 years old. Thai Elite seems kinda expensive for us. We decided to go for ED visa. Any schools to recommend ? We are currently at Phuket, but considering Hua Hin and Chiang Mai also.

It really depends on your age but staying a couple of years, but there's multiple different visa options like education and retirement if you are over 50.
