If my husband takes a teaching job and gets the business visa, I would be able to get the spousal visa correct? Would that prohibit me from my remote job w a business in the US?

Hi, My husband and I are considering to apply for the OA Visa but I am over 50 and he is not. Do we require Each 800,000 Thb or combined ? Is it better to apply this in my home country(Singapore) but my husband is not from Sg or is it easier to get it in Thailand once you arrived on a tourist visa? Thank you for all the answers. It would help me sort out the finances before applying.
