Primary qualifications:

✅ Under 60 if first-time donor in Thailand 70 is upper age limit

✅ No alcohol 24 hours prior

✅ Healthy low-fat meal at least three hours prior

✅ Drink Plenty of water 💧

✅ Donors from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, France 🇫🇷 and Ireland 🇮🇪 are Welcomed Back at Bangkok National Blood Centre and the Regional Blood Centres (Chiang Mai Red Cross, Phuket, Chonburi)

The Mobile Units have NOT removed the restrictions.

✅ Fill out registration form and register

✅ Health Check. Blood pressure and hemoglobin level. Meet with doctor briefly.

✅ Donate blood (less than 7 minutes)

✅ Enjoy a snack and rest for a few minutes

🛌Currently, Phuket has a short supply of all blood types due to a number of foreigners suffering in accidents increasingly, and some of them are required to admit in the hospitals.🏥🥼

📝Thai Immigration Bureau in cooperation with The Provincial Red Cross Chapter of Phuket would like to invite all foreigners residing in Phuket and nearby provinces to take part in blood donation on the June 29th, 2023
