TLDR : Answer Summary
Emergency workers in Chiang Rai have been involved in an accident, leading to a critical need for blood donors. Specifically, there is a pressing requirement for Rh-Negative donors, as this blood type is rare in Thailand. Expats and individuals from the UK, France, and Ireland who were previously ineligible to donate due to health regulations can now participate at various blood centers. Key eligibility requirements include being under 60 years old, not consuming alcohol 24 hours prior, and having a healthy diet before donation.
