Primary qualifications are:

✅ Under 60 if first-time donor in Thailand. 70 is upper age

✅ No alcohol 24 hours prior

✅ Healthy low-fat meal at least three hours prior

✅ Drink Plenty of water 💧

✅ Donors from the United Kingdom 🇬🇧, France 🇫🇷 and Ireland 🇮🇪 who lived in the vCJD "mad cow disease" impacted regions from 1980-1996 are Welcomed Back at the Songkla Regional Blood Centre and the National Blood Centre in Bangkok

✅ Bring ID

✅ Fill out registration form and register

✅ Health Check. Blood pressure and hemoglobin level. Meet with doctor briefly.

✅ Donate blood (less than 7 minutes)

✅ Enjoy a snack and rest for a few minutes
