Hello, my partner and I are Australian and we are in Thailand (Bangkok) on a work and holiday visa (non-immigrant B-A) which is multi entry and valid for 12 months. The visa in our passports says it is valid until 30 May 2023 (12 months from the date it was granted to us in Australia), however each time we have left and re-entered (I have done this 3 times now) immigration has stamped our passports for 12 months from the date of reentry. So I now have a stamp in my passport saying I’m admitted until January 2024. This seems too good to be true so I want to get some advice before we rely on it. Can you assist? My main question is does this mean I am legally allowed to remain in Thailand until January 2024? And if so, would I still be able to leave Thailand and re-enter after 30 May 2023? Grateful for any advice you have, or where to seek it, as I do understand this is a rare visa type!
