Hello, I’m coming to Thailand on a visa that doesn’t allow me to work. If I offer coaching services on a donation basis only does that make any difference? Or would it still be seen as working without a permit?

I see many questions about Visa after amnesty, and obviously big opportunities for agents. I do not have a visa problem, just extended mine.

But I am curious about legal problems for visa holders if their agent gets caught getting visas against the wrong way. Is it like filing your taxes in most countries: you can have somebody else do it for you, but you are always responsible?

And what would the consequenses be? Deportation and blacklisted, jail time?

There are a lot of stories popping up of people being denied ED-visas to study at language schools. Are there any best bets right now? Does it matter which language school you go to or which consulate you apply at? Would you avoid language-school visas altogether at this point? Would be interesting to hear some responses.

Hello everyone! Please help me to understand the strange situation. I applied for a Thai tourist visa for 3 months in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Employees behaved incorrectly and inappropriately, refusing to accept my documents by all means. In the end, the documents were accepted and as a result, when I took the passport, this is what I saw. The question is: do they make such a stamp on refusal of a visa, and will I have problems with a visa upon arrival. (as a citizen of Russia, I have the right to get a visa upon arrival)

Hello helpful folks, if I were to set up a company and give myself a work permit, can I apply for a one year visa without leaving every 90 days? I am confused because some need to leave every 90 days, some can stay without going out but need to do the 90 days report. And how much does it cost for such one year visa? I am in Phuket. cheers.
