Hi all
I am a 51 Y-O Canadian citizen on an NON-OA visa with expiration date Nov 19 2021.
I initially entered Thailand on December 05 2020 with Health insurances for a year. (until December 03 2021).
I travelled out and came back yesterday (Nov. 1st) and was able to use the same health insurance contract, but they stamped me until (December 03 2021).
Now, I realize that I should have purchased an insurance extension for a year in order to get stamped for a full year.
Since I still have more than 15 days on my visa and on my entry stamp, I am now wondering what is the best course of action for me.
1- Purchase health extension for one year and, somehow, get extension on my NON-OA for the coming year? (but this will still require me to buy re-entry permits every time I got out). Can I get new stamp for a year without leaving Thailand on an NON-OA?
2- Apply for a Multiple Entry Non-O visa based on being over 50 years old. This would eliminate the need for health insurance. But I cannot find any information about how to apply for a "Multiple Entry Non-O visa based on being over 50 years old", only single entry.
Looking at various web pages, I see single entry informations [members only]
Or the actual law, but not translated in English... and I cannot, YET, read Thai. [members only]
Benjamin Hays has been recommending various extensions methods but I cannot figure out which is best for me.

I have embassy letter acknowledging my income.
I have money in Canadian bank.
I already did the background check in the Non-OA process last year.
Please advise.
Thank you.
