TLDR : Answer Summary
The process of getting a sponsorship from your husband's work visa does not automatically exempt you from needing to do a visa run or apply for an extension. You will still need to ensure that you apply for an Extension of Stay at Immigration before your current visa expires.

NO, you are only allowed to be in Thailand by the stamp in your passport Admitted until ../../.. That day is the day you have to leave the country are apply before that day for an Extension of Stay at Immigration.

My husband has a visa thru the company he works for and I do not work so he will provide me a visa so as I can live here too ! I know about leaving country and extension etc but my question is about when my visa starts to be processed do I need to still do this ?

No idea what you mean by processing a sponsorship of visa by your husband.

If the date stamped in your passport is 30 March, you apply before that day at your local Immigration Office for an Extension of Stay or you leave the country on that day
