Has anyone been able to submit additional documents recently?

I got a request to submit additional documents but the website keeps bouncing me out to the under construction error page. Is this just me?

I was able to get to the document upload page once and I uploaded the document but when I clicked submit it kicked me out again.

I have been trying the whole day without any success.

Answer summary

The user is experiencing difficulties submitting additional documents on the Thai immigration website, encountering errors that prevent successful uploads. Responses suggest potential solutions like changing the web browser for better compatibility, confirm others have successfully submitted documents earlier, and acknowledge that these technical problems can cause delays.

OP

I tried chrome, brave, safari and firefox and they all have the same result. Except Firefox which redirects me straight from the login page so I'm not even able to login. Are you saying it is working for you currently? I can login to the site on the other browsers but after some navigation it will kick me out eventually. And the page where you're supposed to upload additional documents does not load properly.

Anonymous participant yeah it was often like this for me too when I was applying for my DTV visa. It’ll eventually go back to normal.
