Need some advice. i m holding non-immigrant B visa with Multiple entry. i was out of Thailand on June 22 & entered on same day at Thai Cambodia border (Aranyaprathet). last year i got visa from Consulate in penang until Aug 8 2018, when i enter Thailand on June 22, i got stamp shown on photo instead of saying Visa until Aug 8, they gave me stamp with Red word saying 19 Sep 2018 (which is exactly 90 days from June 22). My question is would that be problem if i go out of Thailand before Aug 8 to get non-immigrant B visa with Multiple entry from near by embassy or consulate.and also do i need to worry for that red word? Thanks for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user holds a Non-Immigrant B visa with multiple entries and is concerned about the implications of a 90-day stamp (red stamp) received upon re-entering Thailand. The stamp indicates the need to report to immigration if staying longer than 90 days. Community members clarify that leaving Thailand before the expiration of the visa on August 8 poses no issue for applying for a new visa at a nearby embassy, and that the red stamp merely serves as a reminder for reporting if staying is extended beyond 90 days.

The red stamp of 19 Sep is on a Notice that if you stay longer than 90 days inside the Kingdom you have to make a report of this at the Immigration Office. If you leave Thailand before that day, it is no problem.

You are Admitted to stay till 14 Sep 2018, if I read correctly, small red date stamp under the square entry stamp. That is the last day you have to leave the country.

You are stamped in correctly, no need to get another visa until mid September.
