I will be starting to work in a company here in Bangkok and I was just wondering what would be better... to work with a 'Non-Immi O with a work permit, based on marriage to a Thai husband' or a 'Non-Immi B with a work permit'? Does any of them has any "advantage" over the other?
Thanks in advance!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The query compares the advantages of a Non-Immigrant O visa with a work permit, based on marriage to a Thai spouse, against a Non-Immigrant B visa with a work permit. Comments highlight that the Non-O visa offers the benefit of retaining the visa and extension of stay even after ceasing employment, while the Non-B allows continued employment even after divorce, but might require leaving Thailand to change jobs.

Marriage visa is the best, in my opinion, If you finish with one company you move on to the next, but as Robert said " if you get divorced" the Non-B will keep you working but changing companies you have to leave the Kingdom and start again.
The Non O has as advantage that you keep the visa or later the Extension of Stay if you stop working, the Non Immigrant B visa has as advantage that you can keep on working if you get divorced.
