TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters is that approval for the visa application may be unlikely without a scheduled appointment for next year's medical treatment. They emphasize that showing past medical treatment receipts alone may not fulfill the consular requirements.

For one single appointment in a year, you need to be lucky to get approval

You need to show your appointment for treatment next year. They won't approve just on previous appointments.
