Can anyone advise on whats going on at MTT? I've seen some ppl going there yesterday and today and being asked to return closer to Nov 30. Is this a case to case basis or applied to everyone?

Also, were there any further info as to why its not being given at the moment?

I'm planning to take my Aunt tmr but now I'm quite hesitant.
