Anybody heard any rumors or facts concerning lifting of mandatory quarantines for foreigners arriving from a different country? I’ve lived in Thailand 4 years now and have been stuck in Indonesia since March 15

Unfortunately for the likes of the OP and myself, the Thai government will not take this into consideration when thinking about lifting the travel ban. I left my family in Thailand on March 6th to do a 3 week rotation and have not been back since.

I think the model Emirates airlines is piloting will become the standard for flying .. just add the cost of the test onto the ticket and you are good to go...

The problem is the tests are not accurate enough. It's in Emirates interest to promote this but I doubt many government immigration authorities will.
