Hi! 

I can't get extension visa as entered Thailand with VOA two years ago, and now all long-term visa service from agencies are stopped. So I must leave Thailand in a week. 

I don't wanna go back to China currently as there's still 14 days quarantine with too many restrictions, and would be difficult to get out of China again. 

So I thinking of moving to another country which allow VOA,  any good suggestions please? Southeast Asia preferred, Vietnam? Cambodia?  But the point is the country must allow

 Visa On Arrival,  because I don't have any visa on my Chinese passport.

I haven't set out yet, but yesterday the Chinese embassy posted a news that there is a problem with entering Thailand from the third country, and they cannot enter Thailand~ You need to check it~

这个文件说的是从第三国来的人直接到达泰国机场申请落地签，这肯定不行。我说的是在来泰国前，在第三国提前申请好泰国的旅游签证，这样应该可以，上面文件其实也间接承认了这一点。

I always read and hear that it's not possible anymore to get a long-term visa through an Agency.

I went to an agency here in Pattaya and there is no problem to get a nonimmigrant 0 visa if you're willing to pay between 30-

Philippines doesn't ask visa before leave, you will get once you will be in the airport, Cambodia you can get e_Visa, you only need to apply online...

Philippines is allowing certain countries visa exempt for 30 days and must show proof of return or onward travel. You can apply for retirement visa if meet the requirements has to be done in advance then meeting booked once you enter country

1. So now Philippines no need any Visa ? Can enter without visa? When leave Philippines at airport, they give a visa(should be a special visa) ? Is my understanding correct?

1 you can travel in Philippines without visa , and get at the border the turist visa, and also if you are vaccinated you don't need quarantine, but you need an Covid insurance

2 I applied yesterday with my GF, she got it this morning, I'm still waiting, for go to Cambodia you don't need quarantine unless you are not vaccinated, and also you don't need Covid insurance, but of course ,for various reasons it's better have it .

no, you can only apply for the STV in the country you're a resident of. You can, however, apply for a tourist visa whilst in Cambodia.
