Will Thai immigration ask for proof of ongoing healthcare during my entry on a DTV visa?

I have had a DTV for about 18 months. I got it on healthcare grounds, showing proof of a hospital appointment to obtain the visa back then. On entering Thailand, are immigration asking for proof that the healthcare is still ongoing? I haven't visited Thailand for over a year so I haven't been able to put this to the test.
Answer summary
The original poster is concerned about re-entering Thailand on a DTV visa after not visiting for over a year. They hold a healthcare-based DTV and wonder if immigration will require proof of ongoing medical treatment upon arrival. Community responses suggest that while there have been no reports of immigration asking for this proof during entry, it is prudent to prepare by scheduling a medical appointment in advance. Most agree that it is more common for immigration to stamp the visa without issues, but having documentation or an appointment ready is wise as a precaution.

Just make a medical appointment before coming. Best to have this proof just in case. Chances are, you won't be asked but better have it and not need it than the other way round.

Purpose of visit occasionally is asked. If you have ongoing appointments and can show them then do so. If not, you should answer; 'vacation'. Has been proven to be acceptable.

The official DTV guidance lists proof of the medical treatment/course/activity as a requirement for the initial visa application. I haven't found anything from the MFA or Immigration stating that the treatment or activity must remain ongoing for the full five-year validity, or that new proof is required for every re-entry. The DTV itself is a five-year multiple-entry visa.

You don’t get an answer here because no one here is the immigration officer you’ll face at the airport.

But what do you think is happening IF they ask? That might be a better question?

Fly into BKk and have a dentist appointment already booked at Bangkok international dentists it’s known people fly in for treatment there.

Just to be safe, I would contact a doctors office and Bangkok and have an upcoming appointment scheduled. Maybe a check up or something that way if they do, then you have a reason to come back. They most likely will just stamp you in but it’s smart to have a plan B

There are no reports of them asking for ongoing proof of treatment. Of course they could but they could do many things. I would not worry about it.
