Hello everyone. May I ask for some information about visa.

I have Non-B teaching visa until 31 March- This month. I am gonna change my school. But my new school has been late in applying for teaching license and police clearance report very late. I am afraid they might not be able to prepare all the documents required for work permit within 31 March.

I wanna know weather is it possible to apply for work permit even if the date expires ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The individual is seeking information on whether they can apply for a work permit after their Non-B teaching visa expires on March 31, due to delays in their new school's application for necessary documents.

You need to talk with your employer and have their staff talk with the local immigration office and ministry of labor/education office. Depends on how your new employer is going to proceed.

But, if you are on overstay, you cannot apply for an in-country process for a new WP/visa/extension.
