Will my family need to do visa runs if my husband gets a 1-year extension on his Non-Immigrant B visa?

Hi. My husband is currently on a Non Imi B single entry 90 day visa.

Myself and our daughter are on a Non Imi O 90 day dependant visa.

My husbands employer is now processing his WP. Question is if he gets the 1 year extension he will only have to report every 90 days, right?

And then what about us? We can just apply for an extension of our Visas too based on his?

So we (myself and daughter) wont have to Visa run every 90 days?

Thank you

TLDR : Answer Summary
Your husband, on a Non-Immigrant B visa, can receive a 1-year extension with 90-day reporting. You and your daughter can also apply for matching extensions by providing necessary documents such as marriage and birth certificates, along with your husband's work documentation. This allows you to avoid visa runs and only focus on the 90-day reporting.

Once your husband gets his yearly extension you take documentation from his company stating it's okay for you and your child to "piggy back" onto his. You show marriage certificates, birth certificates, documents from his company etc and the immigration office will give you and your child a matching extension.

Once you have those all you do are 90 day reporting at the immigration office. You will not have to visa run or border bounce.
