I applied for visa extension for 3 months last month. I had a return date for the second stamp on Aug 11: I forgot about it 🙈 I assume immigratuon is closed today. Will I still be able to get the second stamp if I go tomorrow?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about obtaining a second stamp for a visa extension after missing the return date. Comments suggest that the outcome will depend on visiting immigration, and that there may be confusion regarding the type of visa extension applied for. Clarification on specific visa types may be necessary, and it is advised to visit local immigration for resolution.

So I think there is some confusion.
Without knowing what visa extension you are talking about, ED, non-b,retirement, marriage etc.
I am guessing, what you are trying to say is you applied and are currently under consideration.
If you are under consideration you are not overstay unless you were denied for some reason.
None the less get to your local immigration, tomorrow.
technically your permission to stay is only extended to the under consideration date. The under consideration stamp is considered your extension and since there's no other stamp in the passport yet, it's overstay. But if they give the full extension after going to the immigration it won't be.
But if caught out before then it may be considered as an overstay.
