im holding a non-immigrant ed visa for my semester (which ends at the end of march) at chulalongkorn university.
it has been active since the 22.11. when i arrived and i already upgraded the single-entry to multiple-entry
so at the moment i got a non-imm ed multiple entry visa and it says its valid until 19.2.
so am i correct that when i leave the country on 19.2. and come back at e.g. 22.2. i get a new 90-day stamp ?
Thank you in advance

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks clarification on visa regulations regarding their non-immigrant ED multiple-entry visa that is valid until February 19. They inquire if exiting Thailand on that date and returning shortly after will grant them a new 90-day entry stamp.

Got it, You had the single entry Non Immigrant ED visa and on entry this visa became invalid (stamped used) and you got 90 days permitted to stay till 19 Feb. To keep this stay alive you got a re-entry permit. You have to visit with documents of your school before 19 Feb the Immigration Office to apply for an Extension of Stay based on studying and if stamped inside the passport a new re-entry permit. If you just leave as planned you will not get a new 90 day period as the visa is invalid and your re-entry permit is only valid till 19 Feb.
