TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is concerned about being fined at the airport for a late 90-day report while on a non-O marriage extension. Comments agree that immigration at the airport typically does not check for overdue 90-day reports. Users suggest either filing a late report with a 2000 baht fine before leaving or doing nothing and hoping it won't be noticed upon returning. It is noted that the deadline for a late report is within 7 days of the due date, which may apply here.

okay it appears you are confusing a TM30 <- that hotels or landlords file when you check in with you actually doing a 90 day report

As people said they are completely different things entirely. Where you're staying has nothing to do with when your next 90 day report is due.

Good luck to the O/P, they have their answer, it's either go file a report late and take the 2000baht fine, OR do nothing and see if immigration catches it after they come back to thailand and go to do their next 90 day report

Those are the two choices you have (y)

i wouldn’t worry about it

if you catch a fine when you come back and do immigration things, then you do. but i doubt you will.

June 27 i booked a hotel so they should be able to give me a copy of the report probably too? I am still in the hotel also. I know it says up to 7days after without fine so it would match the hotel checkin on june 27

your hotel has nothing to do with the 90 day report

you say your 90 day report was DUE the 23 of June so the last day you could have filed it without a fine was the 30th of june <- that's if you had went to the office IN PERSON and filed.

you're gonna get a 2000baht fine if you go file now,

The TM30 isn't gonna help you outta that predicament

you are confusing your 90days report with TM30 (address report) which hotels would do. They are different things. Hotel should have filed your TM30, it doesn’t do anything for your 90 days report.

For the future: You can report online. It is easy and they send you a reminder email.

yes it is now. Over 7 days. But useful for the future

nope, the people at passport control don't care in the least if you've ever done a 90 day report.

SO that leaves you with two choices.

Before you leave, go file a 90 day report late, take the 2000baht failure to file on time fine, then leave

OR

do nothing, and when you come back and go to do your next 90 day report hope they don't notice that you failed to report before you left last time when you were supposed to.
