Hello! I have a non-O visa as well as a work permit. My non-o volunteer visa is set to expire soon on the 21st. I'm considering letting it expire, and just making a simple border run on the day of to get myself a tourist visa. I leave the 25th for work in another country and was just planning on applying at the Thai embassy there for a year non-O visa. I don't want to pay all the fees and go through the process to apply for another 90 day visa if I only need it for a week before leaving again. Especially as while I'm gone I'll be getting a 1 year visa.
All of this is just context for this question - if I enter the country on the 21st again on a tourist visa, would it automatically cancel my work permit?
Thank you for any and all of your help!
