TLDR : Answer Summary
Parents of expats holding a Non-B visa can visit Thailand using a Non-O visa if they are over 50 and their child’s employer supports their visa application. Alternatively, they can apply for a tourist visa (TR).
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
  • Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
  • For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.

If your parents are over 50 AND your employer agrees to support your parents' visas and provide necessary documents, they can apply for Non_O dependant to a foreigner who is legally working in Thailand.

Otherwise, get tourist visas.

Then, they cannot apply for Non-O dependants.

Easiest is getting a Single Entry Tourist Visas. They will be stamped for 60days upon entry, and eligible for 30days tourism extension once.
