Why is my NON Imm O visa application declined in Singapore?

Just sharing. Applied for my annual  NON Imm O visa in Singapore. There was no mention on the site or during the online process that they are not processing at this time. Declined until further notice with no specific date.

EDIT. I usually apply 2 weeks before travel. My travel date this time was 12th June on the application
