TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the inability to apply for a multiple entry NON-O visa from the UK, specifically at the Thai embassy in London. Comments clarify that currently, multiple entry NON-O visas are not available for application. This visa allows entry for 89 days upon each arrival and is valid for one year, but due to current restrictions, applicants are advised to wait until closer to their intended departure date.

To prevent confusion, the op is asking about a multiple entry one year visa. This is sticker that is issued at Thai consulates that allow a person to stay 89 days on each entry and is valid for a year. This is not a one year extension of stay that is issued inside Thailand.

If you are going to come back 'next' year, just wait and watch their status if they would start issuing multiple-entry Non-O just before your travel...
you would get a single entry non-o visa based on marriage to a Thai. When you are in Thailand, you will get a one year extension of stay based on marriage. This requires a seasoning of 400K THB in a Thai bank account for 2 months.
ahhh ok thank you very much I understand. Are immigration still strict with over using visa exempts. I used to just use visa exempts for years in and out for a month at a time but heard they are getting strict on this
I have not heard anyone being rejected trying to enter Thailand on a visa except since COVID-19 started. To enter Thailand, you will need to quarantine at an approved hotel for 15 days.
thanks for clearing that up. So from now on London is not issuing multiple entry Non 0’s is that correct I need to add the multiple entry inside thailand at thai embassy ?
there is no Thai embassy inside Thailand, and you can not get a multiple entry non-o visa inside Thailand.
You can, if you meet the requirements, a one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national. This requires 400K THB seasoned for two months in a Thai bank account

Ok sorry I’m a little confused. What would be my best option I’m married to a thai and moving back next year. I work offshore so need a multiple entry. What would be the easiest way for that. Thank you

The multiple entry non-o visas are not being sold now. This visa is good for a year, and on entry let’s you stay for 89 days. The land borders are closed
Wait to apply closer to your departure date.
