My application non immigrant O. has been sat at pending approval for almost a week after having resubmitted evidence of funds at their request. My first submission screenshots of wage slips not sufficient. Worried that having transferred from one of my accts £10k on the day of resubmitting and providing bank statement was also not acceptable? Hope I am over worrying. No one answers the phone there in London Embassy, spent hours ,I have sent email too. Do I need to re apply? I would expect the ‘rejected’ to be highlighted in that event.
Anyone!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is experiencing anxiety over a pending application for a NON-O visa, which has been awaiting approval for nearly a week after submitting additional documentation. After initial concerns regarding the sufficiency of the evidence provided, they have sought help through email and phone calls to the Thai Embassy in London with little success. Comments indicate that long processing times can be normal, especially when additional document requests are made. Some users shared similar experiences, affirming that the processing time may reset with new submissions and that patience is often required due to high application volumes. Ultimately, the user received a response stating that their documents are under review and to expect updates within 10 business days. They express relief at the response but acknowledge the stress caused by the wait.
